Prestressed concrete pipe pile can be divided into post-tensioned prestressed pipe pile and prestressed prestressed pipe pile. Prestressed pipe pile is a kind of thin concrete precast member with hollow cylinder made by prestressed process and centrifugal forming method. It is mainly composed of cylindrical pile body, end plate and steel hoop. Posttensioning law is to apply prestress through the reserved holes after the initial setting of concrete in pipe pile. Prestressed concrete pipe pile code is PC pile, prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile code is PHC pile, thin wall pipe pile code is PTC pile. This paper mainly introduces the construction process of prestressed pipe pile (PTC pile) by tensioning method.

(1) The reinforcement cage used in the binding of the PTC pile of the reinforcement cage has certain mechanization, high operation efficiency and good forming. It usually takes only one worker 2-3 hours to produce the steel cage needed for one workshop a day. Reinforcement cage binding: the main bars are loaded into the disc in the drawing trolley of the bundling machine. The trolley can move on the transverse guide rail in the figure to meet the needs of the reinforcement cage with different pile lengths. The stirrup is placed on a disc in the binding machine, the trolley moves at a fixed speed, and the steel bar on the disc is constantly wound around the main bar to form a steel cage.

(2) Into the mold When the reinforcement cage is lashing completed, use the truss crane to lift it into the prefabricated mold. Both ends of the steel cage are provided with nuts. After the steel cage is hoisted into the steel mold, both ends are fixed with annular steel plates, and bolts corresponding to nuts are arranged on the steel plates, as shown in Figure 3. The setting of the tension end is different from the form of the other end (as shown in Figure 4), and the gap in the steel die is the tension gap. When the cage is installed, the truss crane lifts it into the concrete filling area.

(3) Concrete perfusion In the concrete perfusion area, there is a corresponding perfusion car, running on the guide rail at the side of the operation platform. The amount of concrete in each pile is controlled by one car. The car runs on the hollow half-open mold, and the exposed concrete in the lower part is gradually filled into the model. When the concrete filling is complete, wrap a cotton thread around the steel mold (to prevent the loss of water in the concrete during the centrifugal process) and lift the other half of the steel mold to seal it.

(4) Tensioning the tensioning end of the pipe pile is sent to a specific machine for tensioning, and the specific amount of tensioning is determined according to different requirements.

(5) Centrifugal molding put the tensioned pipe pile into the centrifugal tank for centrifugation, and the centrifugal action is carried out in four stages: slow speed, low speed, medium speed and high speed, so as to ensure the concrete compactness. The centrifugation time is controlled at about 15min and is generally determined according to the centrifugation rate. The hollow part of the annular steel plate will be blocked by rubber circle, which is convenient for centrifugal forming, and when forming, the excess slurry everywhere can be pulled out to ensure the internal smooth of the pile.

(6) Autoclave curing the centrifugally formed T-PC and T-PTC centrifugal piles should adopt high pressure steam curing, and the T-PHC centrifugal piles should adopt atmospheric steam curing and high pressure steam curing. The steam curing pool is a large pool composed of concrete. Put the centrifugally formed pipe piles into the pool and cover the concrete cover plate for autoclaved curing.

(7) When the autoclave time is reached, the steel die is transferred out. Remove the fixing bolts on both sides, and the model can be disassembled by a truss crane.
